CBD Oil Tinctures (Drops) Suggested Use

CBD oil tinctures (Drops) are very easy to use! Just apply your desired dosage from the dropper under the tongue for 30-90 seconds before swallowing. Adjust your dose as needed, Results can be different from person to person. The recommended dosage of CBD oil tinctures is 30-60mg daily but many people take a lot more as needed. It is recommended that you start with a low dose of CBD two times a day and then slowly build up your dose until you achieve the effect that works best for you.
